Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s dream bungalow, worth a jaw-dropping ₹250 crore, is finally ready — and fans can’t stop talking about it! A brand-new video has surfaced online, giving a peek inside the luxurious mansion that the couple will soon call home.

The multi-storey bungalow, years in the making, boasts everything from duplex living rooms and sparkling chandeliers to lush hanging gardens and a sprawling deck.

A First Look at the Plush Mansion

The viral video, shared by a fan handle, showcases the elegant interiors of the home. The decor blends modern design with timeless charm, while every balcony is decorated with green hanging gardens that add a pop of color to the stone-grey exterior.

While not all details of the interiors have been revealed, Ranbir, Alia, and their daughter Raha have often been spotted visiting the site to supervise the finishing touches. Even Neetu Kapoor has been keeping a close watch on the progress over the past year.

The Kapoor Family Legacy

This property holds deep emotional value for the Kapoors. Originally owned by Ranbir’s grandparents — Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor — the home was later passed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980. Now, with its grand makeover complete, Ranbir and Alia are all set to move in with their family.

Diwali Housewarming Plans

Reports earlier suggested that the family hoped to celebrate Diwali in their new bungalow last year. However, the house wasn’t ready at the time, and the move had to be delayed. Now, with everything nearly finished, the Kapoors are expected to shift base just in time for the festive season.

What’s Next for Ranbir & Alia

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who last shared screen space in Brahmastra, will reunite in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited Love & War, also starring Vicky Kaushal. Ranbir will also headline Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana in 2026, while Alia will be seen as a spy in her upcoming film Alpha.
