While not all details of the interiors have been revealed, Ranbir, Alia, and their daughter Raha have often been spotted visiting the site to supervise the finishing touches. Even Neetu Kapoor has been keeping a close watch on the progress over the past year.

This property holds deep emotional value for the Kapoors. Originally owned by Ranbir’s grandparents — Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor — the home was later passed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980.
